JLLのキャピタルマーケット事業部専任のリサーチマネージャー/シニアマネージャーを募集しております。

職務内容

●キャピタルマーケットのリサーチ能力を強化する

●顧客ミーティングにおいてリサーチディレクターを補佐し、仲介部門の同僚に情報を提供し、その他関連業務を行う

●日本およびAPAC地域が主催するマーケティングイベントに貢献する（補佐または主導的役割）

●主に公開情報から、キャピタルマーケット事業に必要な情報を入手する

●仲介チームと連携し、リーシングおよび投資に関するケーススタディを含む市場情報を提供しながら、営業提案資料を作成する

求める経験

●不動産業界での経験が望ましい

●不動産リサーチ（エクイティリサーチの経験を含む）が望ましい

●不動産鑑定士資格保持者大歓迎

言語

• 日本語（ビジネスレベル必須）
• 英語 (ビジネスレベル以上が望ましい)
