Facilities Coordinator (B2-B4)
Job Description
OVERVIEW
The Facilities Coordinator will provide support to the Facility Manager with operational activities in maintenance and operations, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and proactively develop and maintain client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success.
- Supports receiving and dispatching of work requests to the Landlord Building Staff, vendors, or other services providers, request NTE increases and approvals, & monitor work order Service Level Agreements (SLA) adherence.
- Supports and manages the coordination, scheduling, follow-up, and satisfaction of repairs and maintenance, minor work, and other work requests, tracking to completion.
- Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) compliance and excellent customer service.
- Provide information and direction to vendors, and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption.
- Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations by conducting site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times and the provision of a safe workplace.
- Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.
- Support with small internal staff moves; must be able to carry at most 50 pounds.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and support after-hours building related activity as requested.
- Review the quality and pricing of work performed by outside contractors.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of parts and equipment, submitting replacement requests as necessary.
- Provide coordination and support events, meeting, and conference facilities as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- A minimum of two years professional experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Computer proficiency Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
- Excellent Customer Service, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office furniture systems.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
- Ability to make sound judgements and decisions.
- Self-motivated; confident, energetic, and flexible.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
70,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
