Badging Coordinator

What this job involves –

The Badging Coordinator will provide administrative, receptionist and concierge support duties in accordance with JLL policies & procedures, and, in keeping with the client and Site Facility Manager requirements, assist in achieving Key Performance Indicators and operational targets for the site. They will perform duties with integrity and diligence in a professional manner.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Job Duties

  • Provide client support for badge and access inquiries.
  • Provide job aids and training materials to site badging contacts, as needed.
  • Process and distribute (mail) badges for assigned sites.
  • Process additions and removal site approver requests for badge request program.
  • Provide site support for new acquisitions that are starting the initial badge production start-up process. This includes communicating process and standards for obtaining photo id badges, provide new site contact with appropriate policies.
  • Provide site support for divestures. This includes communicating process and standards for deactivating badges, providing temporary access during transition (if applicable), and maintaining documentation for overall process.
  • Conduct inventory and order Office Supplies for Global Security Department
  • Conduct inventory and order badge accessories for Badging Center
  • Order paper temporary badges
  • Maintain and update list of International and US Badging Site Contacts.
  • Maintain Badging Center Standard Operating Procedures with Badging Center Lead guidance.
  • Process request for those approved to be added to the temporary paper badge authorization list via Taylor Communications. This includes maintaining spreadsheet of Paper Temporary Badge Authorizers.
  • Provide back-up badging production support to 3M Center and US West Badging Administrator. This includes taking photos for those needing badges at 3M Center. Provide access responsibilities to new badge holders.
  • Provide back-up support on Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) Eligible to Return Reviews. This is to identify if there are security notices on returning workers to 3M.
  • Provide lamination service of passport id cards for 3M travelers.

Client Relationships

  • Proactively develop and maintain client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.
  • Comply with all requirements of the Client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
  • Deliver an exceptional quality of service, as reflected by client feedback.
  • Support the day-to-day delivery of services on site in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.
  • Enhance the client experiences by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Any other activities to support JLL and/or site operations, including, but not limited to: moves/reconfigurations, events, safety or sustainability practices Finance / Cost Control / Profitability
  • Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance within delegated financial and contractual authorities.

Leadership/Teamwork

  • Actively support an environment of teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success.
  • Participate in the individual performance management program, and personal development planning process.
  • Act as an ambassador for JLL by behaving consistently with cultural and ethical requirements and participating in company activities.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

19.00 – 21.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
