What this job involves: The Sourcing & Procurement Risk Analyst provides critical tactical support for the execution of supplier risk management activities. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert and Program Administrator of third-party risk tools including Avetta, Sphera, Integrity Next and Dun & Bradstreet. They will ensure data integrity across systems and integrations into other S&P tools (Aravo, Jaggaer). They will champion the use and adoption of platform tools and support continuous improvement initiatives within S&P risk and compliance. The analyst will take primary direction from the S&P Global Risk and Compliance Manager and collaborate with other internal S&P stakeholders such as Mobilization, Category Management and Client Sourcing. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of supplier data within third-party risk systems, including regular review and revision to ensure relevant targeted suppliers are included for ongoing risk monitoring activities
  • Synthesize and analyse supplier data from multiple sources in support of report and dashboard creation; build reports and dashboards that tell a big picture story, highlight areas of risk and lead to subsequent action steps
  • Collaborate with Mobilization, Client Sourcing, Risk and Avetta to successfully configure and launch new Avetta microsites in support of transitions and account expansions
  • Maintain SharePoint library of tools, templates, best practices, QRGs and recorded trainings
  • Respond in a timely manner and bring resolution to requests for user access, general risk questions, issue escalations, and training needs
  • Support escalations from the S&P ServiceNow helpdesk, addressing general internal and external user challenges to ensure smooth system operation and user satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between systems
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholder groups through written and oral communication methods to increase user proficiency and tool adoption rates
  • Think critically and problem solve to reach successful resolution of escalated user questions and issues
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in processing requests from internal JLL stakeholders and suppliers, prioritizing accuracy and timeliness to maintain high service standards
  • Actively contribute to the Sourcing & Procurement department's continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process enhancement, proposing innovative solutions, and participating in the implementation of efficiency-driving initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, internal JLL requestors, and suppliers across various levels of seniority
  • Proven track record in prioritizing and managing multiple high-priority deliverables within stringent timelines, showcasing strong organizational skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
  • Demonstrated aptitude for navigating and resolving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative and effective solutions, exhibiting critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data management and revision processes, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and data integrity
  • Ability to work independently and in a virtual work environment
  • Advanced competency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Basic SharePoint competency

Desired experience and technical skills:

Preferred but not required:

  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety accident statistics, with emphasis on US OSHA logs
  • Working knowledge of supplier insurance policy types; ability to read a Certificate of Insurance
  • Prior experience in Sourcing and Procurement and/or Risk and Compliance
  • Familiarity with Dunn & Bradstreet financial reports
  • Proficiency in Aravo, Jaggaer, Sphera, Integrity Next and Corrigo software systems
