Responsibilities

You will be part of a growing team providing Food & Beverage Services and Facility Management. You will have the opportunity to work on portfolios of projects with prestigious Clients, developing your skills within JLL”s career framework . In doing so you will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised at times showing initiative, whilst inspiring confidence in your interactions with both Internal and External Clients, Stakeholders and Partners.
Role & Responsibilities
Working closely with, and reporting to, the site manager, the role involves:
- Establish and foster strong relationship with key stakeholders in the area
- Act as the Client’s single point of contact in the region for strategy, implementation and escalation for capital works, blending client’s specific requirements with business needs.
- Spearhead Client’s process for business approval in the region, review before formal submission into Client’s systems.
- Where JLL are the site manager, identify, develop, and gather key resources to lead the Food & Beverage Services.
- Communicate and drive compliance in the capture of data necessary to make full use of JLL and / or Client Reporting and Business Intelligence Systems.
- Ensure that changes to scope or budget are reported on and managed in compliance with Client procedures.
- Manage the site budget, spending and variance. Work closely with Finance Manager to maintain the data accuracy on finance area.
- Guide IFM team and ensure they deliver the cafeteria operation, on time and in budget with the required standards for cafeteria operation and data quality.Ensure that the report accurately on the status of the operation.
- Act as a point of escalation, liaising with F&B Manager and JLL Country Lead to resolve matters in relation to project.
- Promote continuous quality monitoring and drive improvement on operation and documentation. Ensure best practices are being followed and hold Site Manager accountable for driving quality control at all stages of the operation.
- Be an advocate for and assures compliance of Health and Safety best practice with JLL and Client policy
- Optimizes tasks within scope to improve individual and team efficiency. Identifies process improvement opportunity.
- Establish good relationship with key business stakeholders at site and understand their expectation for site management.
- Work closely with Regional Team to deliver the global/regional project or programs. Understand the project status, details and schedules. Check the progress on all project triticale path elements and run on-site meetings as required.
- Proactively work to resolve deficiencies in project delivery and escalate accordingly to the F&B Manager.
- Collaborate with cafeteria vendors, update the menu, events and announcement with timely manner. Lead the events relating to the cafeteria collaborating with cafeteria vendors.
- Lead the periodical meeting with vendors to meet the client/user expectation on F&B areas.
- Manage the site budget, spending and variance. Work closely with Finance manager to maintain the data accuracy on finance area.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Experience
- At least 5 years of working experience in Food & Beverage Services, Facilities Management or Hospitality Service experience
- Possess good IT skills
- Proficient in MS Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Native or Fluent Japanese
- Fluent or Business level of English skill
