What this opportunity involves:
Working onsite with a client based in Docklands, The main objectives of the Facilities Coordinator are to provide comprehensive facility management services ensuring safe, efficient workplaces while meeting all maintenance and compliance obligations. These services aim to improve performance , manage budgets effectively, and implement best practices.
Key responsibilities:
Manage third-party suppliers, ensuring professional service delivery and cost-effectiveness
Oversee facility management and building services, maintaining high standards and safety
Implement and maintain effective communication and problem-resolution processes
Ensure safety and security measures are in place, including out-of-hours assistance
Manage and maintain Corrigo for tracking service requests and daily work management
Support emergency response teams and coordinate with local emergency services
Maintain first aid facilities and manage First Aid and Fire Warden processes
Drive continuous improvement in capability and productivity
Provide input for budget preparation and contract administration

Relevant experience in facilities or property management
Expertise in vendor and budget management
Ability to handle complex operations and stakeholder needs
