EMEA Accounts Business Manager
The Accounts Business Manager works as part of the senior leadership team to provide business management and strategic oversight to the EMEA Accounts Business. Focused on operational initiatives and business programs they will have an impact on productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, and ensuring cross-business collaboration in EMEA and Globally. They will act as the right hand to the EMEA Divisional Presidents (DP) demonstrating a strong level of business acumen and senior stakeholder engagement.

Business Management:
- Inputs into global industry strategies and implements outcomes across the EMEA accounts.
- Support client segmentation for Life Science and Technology, Media and Telecoms accounts in EMEA, aligned to global industries.
- Manage the account Solutions Development Pipeline reviews, contributes ideas to ensures the accounts business is future ready.
- Supports the EMEA DP to prioritise workload and acts as a delegate for certain projects or meetings.
- Identify opportunities to streamline strategic and operational practises
- PMO for the implementation of operational initiatives to improve efficiencies
- Works as a business partner to the sub-business lines to adopt/implement processes and increase share of wallet with the accounts.
- Share best practises and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and alignment across the account divisions
- Leads the accounts planning and review processes
- Ensures the division of accounts are up to date and compliant with GAME and associated compliance programs from across business lines
- Performing special projects as directed or on behalf of the EMEA DPs.
- Attends leadership meetings to identify actions for the DP or opportunities to streamline and knowledge share
- Participates in the business managers network across JLL to work collaboratively and to share knowledge and best practises
- Manages accounts QBR process
- Support and develop board and senior management report outputs
- Focuses on employee engagement and initiatives aligned to our culture and values.
Client Engagement:
- Manages EMEA DP’s client engagement
- Ensures client briefings are prepared ahead of any client meetings the DPs or EMEA CEO attend
- Proactively supports the DP to manage client escalations
- Reviews exec sponsor client objectives and feedback and provide insights
- Oversight of client feedback, leads the development of action plans and recognition required EMEA WPM lead
- Work with SD to support prospect client engagement and ensures business lead follow up
People Engagement:
- Work with HR to implement and promote people related initiatives
- Work with HR and DPs to ensure the accounts business have robust succession plans in place
- Focuses on retention and attrition rates – identifies areas of improvement
- Identifies and implements people survey action plans for the accounts and effective communication
- Ensure input and promotion of employee recognition programs
- Support talent reviews and succession planning
- Promote career mobility within JLL
Diary, Meeting & Event Preparation
Work closely with EA to:
- Ensure meeting preparation and follow up
- Forward looking at the DP’s diary to ensure prioritisation and they are prepared for all meeting and events activity
- Determine priorities and identify opportunities to simplify
Marketing & Communications:
- Working alongside the comms team to input into internal and external communications plan
- Identifies opportunities for PR engagement
- Supports DP’s input into presentations, reports, or other communication packs for internal and external stakeholders
- Promote One JLL story telling – identify, capture and share
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience of Real Estate and Facilities Management
- Proven change management expertise
- Strong communication, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed project management skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Exceptional computational & analytical skills: ability to build data-driven decks and communicate data insights in a crystal-clear way.
- Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at the most senior of levels and manage complex projects across multiple services and geographies.
- Independent worker with a proactive, flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize workload.
- Enthusiastic, versatile, motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent English written/ verbal communication skills
