Valuation Surveyor – Leeds Based

Role Overview and your responsibilities:

  • As a Valuation Surveyor, you will adopt a hybrid working model, working both as a team and independently as agreed with your manager.
  • You will help transform the way in which we provide property valuations to our clients by providing a great service.
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of valuation reports for a broad range of purposes.
  • You will have opportunities to learn and develop new skills in valuation techniques through the use of Argus Enterprise, excel cashflow models, data management systems, and client services. There is the ability to become a true expert in a market sector.
  • You will be working alongside your support team to meet all our objectives.
  • Your team objectives are to deliver excellent client services, change the face of property with regards to Environmental, Social, and Governance and bring new ideas.
  • After a job well done, we celebrate as a team. Your efforts are greatly recognised and encouraged.

We look for a person who has/is:

  • Member of RICS with an experience in commercial real-estate valuations
  • Great communication, interpersonal, organisational skills to meet deadlines and provide an amazing service to our clients
  • Ability to complete valuations independently, work under deadlines and willing to work as a team player in diverse teams
  • Knowledge of Argus Enterprise would be your advantage
  • An eye for detail to be comfortable with thorough report writing and excel.
