What this job involves:

Joining our team as an Experience Ambassador, you will help build and lead a conscious, inclusive and social place, where we can all be at our best. Based at our client site in Barangaroo, you will delight our client colleagues and their visitors by providing and leading an exceptional hospitality experience at every touchpoint.

A snapshot of the role:

  • The Experience Ambassador creates a welcoming atmosphere and is the primary point of contact for our client colleagues and their visitors.

  • Provide an unrivalled experience, support space operations, as well as organise a variety of community-driven events.

  • Support of Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) and other bank wide events as well as promoting awareness and ways to host more events sustainably.

  • Perform routine checks across the day to proactively identify works required in the building to keep the workspace in prime condition.

  • Monitor the reactive work order dashboard and work with the workspace delivery team (FM) to resolve outstanding issues.

This role is all about having outstanding confidence and strong networking skills. Along with a passion for and understanding of the Future of Work (FoW) model. Being able to handle pressure, think quickly, be adaptable and remain level-headed is crucial to this position!

  • University Degree holder is an advantage.

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, events, sales, or related industries.

  • Prior experience in co-working, corporate real estate or start-up experience would be an advantage.

  • Proficient computer skills such as MS office, canva and email etiquette.

  • Flexibility, ability to work varying hours.
