JLL, a leading professional services firm specializing in real estate, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Workplace and Hospitality Ambassador to provide exceptional front-of-house services and support our workplace operations in Warsaw. This role combines concierge operations with general management responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all staff, visitors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Concierge Operations:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome and farewell to all staff, visitors, and vendors
- Manage visitor registration, access passes, and meeting room scheduling
- Oversee service requests for various workplace experience products and services
- Maintain lobby and front desk areas in a neat and organized manner
- Coordinate food and beverage, stationery, and IT services as required
- Support large in-house events and emergency response requirements
General Management:
- Implement industry best practices for operations
- Manage and develop the operational team, including recruitment and performance management
- Collaborate on developing and implementing workplace experience best practices
- Support leadership and manage vendors as needed
Front-of-House Services:
- Ensure meeting rooms, services, and public areas meet expected standards
- Facilitate room set-ups, including moving flexible furniture
- Provide information on available facilities and conduct tours when required
- Maintain strong awareness of business activity and communicate updates to team members
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in corporate or 4-5-star hotel reception environments
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a reception/concierge team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (fluent in English, Polish language skills highly desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software tools
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Professional personal presentation and grooming standards
