Consultant - High Street Services, Retail Agency

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Consultant to join our High Street Services team within our Retail Agency. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project leaders, identifying prime retail locations, and contributing to the implementation of brand development strategies in the Polish market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source high street locations that align with client expectations and requirements
• Assist project leaders in developing and executing brand expansion strategies
• Support negotiations of financial terms for lease agreements
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive client presentations and materials
• Conduct targeted cold calling and email outreach campaigns
• Provide market trend insights and guidance throughout the leasing process
• Contribute to new client acquisition efforts
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships
• Actively monitor and report on market trends and developments

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Very good command of English and Polish
• Passion, commitment, and responsibility
• Knowledge of commercial real estate, especially retail spaces
• Skill in building and maintaining client relationships
• Rapid learning ability and adaptability
• Flexibility in a dynamic work environment
• Strong active listening and communication skills
• Ability to tailor offerings to client needs
• Excellent organizational skills and punctuality
