We’re currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our Global Sales Effectiveness team. We enable our go-to-market teams to sell more effectively through training, coaching and tools to promote thoughtful, strategic selling throughout the sales cycle.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Training Coordinator to work closely with the Head of Learning design as we scale ongoing Enablement Programming to a larger audience in 2025.
In this job, you’ll get to:
- Work closely with the Head of Learning Design, you’ll partner together to improve our business processes around Power Hour and Enablement Academies. This includes tasks like tracking attendance and sending calendar invites for weekly trainings
- Leverage JLL’s IT ticketing system and Microsoft Excel to create and manage email distribution lists for Enablement training events. This includes partnering with our onboarding team to add new hires to the appropriate trainings
- Maintain attendance tracking of weekly sales trainings, and then analyse to identify attendance trends by team and region quarter over quarter (QoQ). Partner closely with the Head of Learning Design to pull quarterly attendance report outs for the executive team.
- Partner with Head of Sales Effectiveness to maintain and track key performance metrics across the team and support with compiling quarterly executive reports.
- Draft and compile follow up email communications in collaboration with the internal communications team and the Sales Effectiveness team.
- Aid in managing calendar invites for a global audience at virtual and in-person training events. This includes creating an Outlook invitation using standardized messaging from Enablement, and sending out to the appropriate distribution lists and SMEs for each training.
- Support in creating PowerPoint presentations used for live training and monthly Enablement highlights.
- Learn how to upload, update and manage Seismic content, e-Learning and support quarterly content audits.

Education and experience
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, training or sales enablement
- Comfort with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in online collaboration tools such as Teams and Outlook are a must.
- Experience with Salesforce, Seismic (CMS and LMS), Monday.com and other similar technologies highly regarded.
