What this job involves:
Driving Commercial Value for Success
JLL are seeking a Procurement Manager to drive commercial value across our facilities management (FM) services for one of our largest global client accounts. The role involves the facilitation and management of vendors & key stakeholders.
You’ll need to drive sourcing activities & strategies to unlock savings & commercial opportunities, while maintaining compliance and seeking opportunities for innovation.
There will be a need to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view.
You’ll work closely with other stakeholders to establish an effective organizational structure for reporting, communication and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place for all commercial and sourcing activities.
You’ll also attend meetings, drive tendering activities, coordinate with other stakeholder teams, so an eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks will serve you well.

You’ll accomplish this by delivering a range of best practice sourcing and procurement (S&P) strategies in line with the wider JLL S&P strategy.
Likewise, you’ll handle contract administration of all vendors professionally and according to legal requirements. It’s the best way to protect both our and the clients’ commercial interests. Your expertise will also be central in identifying project risks and mitigating them. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for developing reports, analysis, and reviews regularly.
A snapshot of the role:
- Must be able to work in a fast-track environment with a proven record of managing the overall sourcing process.
- Strong understanding of the facilities management (FM) services.
- Be responsible for savings delivery and the respective reporting
- Advise Operations on cost effective and value-added works
- Monitor sourcing process including tendering, recommendation, and contract award
- Develop and maintain the long-term partnership with vendors, manage vendor selection and evaluation, and improvement initiatives
- Networking with target suppliers, and industry practitioners
- Collaborate with the Client & Operations to translate business requirements into time-bound actions
- Recommend sourcing strategies and e-bidding strategies
- Manage complex analyses and share actionable insights
- Engage independently with suppliers
- Perform ad hoc assignments by management

- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a related Sourcing or Procurement / Supply Chain Management role
- Spoken English proficiency
- FM services background preferred
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Logical approach and high attention to detail including experience working with E-sourcing tools.
