About Us:

Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions.

The Role:

You will work closely with the wider Facilities team on site. The position requires balancing exceptional customer service delivery with effective building operations management to create an optimal workplace environment for Client employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensure compliance with regulations / requirements of contract and all facilities procedures
  • Assist the facilities team with administration and organisation of information for analysis and presentation to senior management team
  • Assist with any duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Operations Director on an as needs basis
  • Proactively contribute to the effective and efficient running of the facilities and share ideas for continuous improvement
  • Liaison with facilities vendors, coordinate facilities works as and when required
  • Understand the operational and technical requirements of the elements of the site(s) for which JLL is responsible. Ensure that current contracts are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards to maintain a safe and compliance environment
  • Deliver facilities-related projects as in line with agreed budget or works plans; ensuring close interaction with affected business units
  • Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies
  • Proactive management and monitoring of Help Desk / service outputs to achieve or exceed standards against agreed key performance indicators and service level targets and report regularly to key stakeholders or as agreed
  • Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence across the portfolio.
