What this job involves:

We’re looking for a personable, professional, and proactive Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team and provide Facilities Management support/coordination and a exceptional Reception service!

This role is working with an on-site client team in central Brisbane.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Perform duties with integrity and diligence, and in a professional manner at all times.
  • Ensure a clean, presentable, and well-maintained space at all times.
  • Manage reception desk and reception duties.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, calendars, and schedules.
  • Support and assist workplace events. Includes assisting with setting up, catering.
  • Assist the existing FM team with all aspects of vendor management and financial administration.
  • Deliver superior customer service and address customer feedback effectively.
  • Administer the Service Requests Workflow

  • Previous experience in a similar facilities or administrative role is desirable.
  • Knowledge of invoicing, purchase orders etc. is desirable
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of basic procurement and accounting processes is a plus.
  • Excellent team player but also capable of working independently.
