Job Descriptions of Technical Manager: -
- The candidate must qualification in minimum Qualification BE in electrical Background & He should have Electrical Supervisor license from department of electrical inspectorate to operate the 11KV & 440v operations,
- Candidates with an experience in manufacturing should manage Schneider's business needs around-the-clock.
Technical Support: -
- Coordinating MEP Maintenance and Technical activities of manufacturing units
- Conducting Energy Audit and Fire Audit
- Developing professional client relationships that will set a stable foundation for
- future business opportunities.
- Providing technical support for the company's day-to-day operations.
- Working closely with the company's technical team.
- Acting upon process inefficiencies.
- Overseeing site-based technical audits and assessments.
- Communicating ideas in both technical and user-friendly languages.
- Investigation of any safety, technical, or reliability issues relating to day-to-day
- operations.
- Working effectively under pressure or in ambiguous situations.
- Conducting Technical and Safety Training.
Operations & Maintenance: -
- Operation & Maintenance of Transformers, DG’s, UPS’s & HVAC Units
- Operation & Maintenance of STP, WTP & ETP.
- Operation and maintenance of FHS, FAS, PAS, Rodent control & Co2 Suppression System
- Operation & Maintenance of Split Air condition units, Cassette AC and AHU’s
- SOPs are followed for all equipment.
- Works are carried out with proper work permits.
- Proper LOTO implemented to carry out electrical works & other energy.
- 52 Weeks schedule preparation & maintenance (PPM Schedule).
- Site MMR report preparation & submission.
- 10.Site snag report preparation & closer.
- Co-ordination with the AMC vendors for completion of PPM activities (All
- equipment’s).
- Organizing soft FM services and Security services.
Client Relationship Management: -
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key property management clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' needs, goals, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their expectations are met and
- exceeded.
Operations: -
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations in collaboration with maintenance.
- teams and contractors.
- Monitor equipment performance and address any issues promptly to ensure optimal.
- tenant satisfaction.
Financial Management: -
- Manage IFM budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Problem Resolution: -
- Address client concerns, complaints, and inquiries effectively and promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to maintenance and other operational matters.
Communication: -
- Foster clear and open communication between clients, IFM team & internal team
- Provide regular updates to clients on equipment’s performance, market trends, and
- relevant industry news.
Team Collaboration: -
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, accounting, soft services, and legal departments to ensure smooth operations.
