Lead and manage facilities management teams across multiple sites, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Develop and implement strategic facility management plans aligned with Amazon principles, fostering strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
Key Roles:
- Lead and manage facility management teams to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement facility management strategies and plans
- Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Manage multiple sites and projects, guiding and mentoring team members
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
- Manage budgets, financial operations, vendor contracts, and service level agreements, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Analyze and report on facility performance metrics, tracking KPIs and driving improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Leadership Expectations:
- Lead by example, demonstrating JLL values and ethics, and empowering team members to take ownership and make effective decisions
- Encourage open communication, transparency, and trust within the team, driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement training and coaching sessions to achieve strategic objectives and enhance team performance
