[Key Tasks & Responsibilities]

Site Operations Management

  • チケットシステムを利用したヘルプデスク業務

  • 社員からの各種リクエスト対応

  • インスペクションの実施とその不具合報告

  • 社内イベントへの企画運営と実施

  • 各種データの収集、報告、入力

  • 家具・什器・備品、内装等の管理

  • オフィス内のレイアウト移動、追加、変更の手配

  • 各種業者の管理(予算策定、業務調整、状況報告、価格交渉)

  • イベントに付随するレイアウト変更や什器貸出などのファシリティサポート、業者手配

  • 受付、メールルームチームのサポート及び管理

  • 外部ベンダーを利用した受付及びメールルームサービスの提供

  • 会議室予約管理システムの管理と運用

[Key Tasks & Responsibilities]

Site Operations Management

  • Helpdesk operations using the ticket system

  • Respond to various requests from users

  • Conduct site inspections and reporting problems

  • Plan, support and participate to Facilities organized events

  • Consolidate information & generate reports, communications & documents as required by management.

  • Management of FF&E (Furniture, Fixture, Equipment)

  • Management of office layout moves, add and changes)

  • Management of various vendors (budgeting, business coordination, status reporting, price negotiations)

  • Provide facilities support and arrange vendors for layout changes and fixture rentals associated with internal/ external events

  • Support and manage the reception and mailroom team

  • Provide reception and mailroom services using 3rd party vendors

  • Management and operation of meeting rooms reservation system

[Knowledge And Skills Required]

  • Excel, Word, Power Point経験必須

  • Google Workspace(Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slide等)利用経験があれば望ましい

  • ビジネスレベルの英語/日本語必須

目安としてTOEIC650点以上

  • Experience of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Business level of English and Japanese
