Occupancy Planner

Work Dynamics

What this job involves:

Space Planning

You are the go-to person for all space planning and occupancy management matters in the team! You will maintain portfolio projections and develop site specific Planning Strategies and submit to the Senior Leadership

You will coordinate with various business teams to collect their seat count forecasts. Review and resolve site specific forecasts, needs, concerns, and issues. ·Reports the current supply and capacity, and forecasts inventory changes for the year.

Assist the Global occupancy management team to rollout the new processes within their region, communicating locally to the Business Units and populating the database.

Data management

Physical audit of the seats needs to be carried out on a Quarterly basis and rectify the discrepancies if any.

Generating weekly and monthly Headcount and Seat Count reports. Site & team wise seat utilisation reports need to be prepared and analyse the trend.

Ensuring 100 % accuracy of seat occupancy report

Ensures planning is aligned with corporate guidelines, and that all scenarios maximise use of space

Maintain regular updates on layout plan and seating plan

Move Management

Prepare the drawings with ear marked space for all bulk moves and the same to be shared with business teams for their seat planning. Ensuring all desk moves to be handled by coordinating with business teams without any disruptions to their production. Respond to Client queries regarding the moves system and related issues

Chargeback mechanism

You will be responsible for maintaining and generating monthly seat count & headcount reports for the Chargeback process. Ensure chargeback reports are shared with the business teams as per the agreed timelines. Respond and clarify if there are any queries and resolve the issues.

Space & Occupancy planning Experience

Do you have two to five years of experience in Space & Occupancy planning? If so, you will be a perfect fit for the role. Likewise, an experience in preparing reports in excel, managing chargeback model and handling any occupancy planning related tools may just help you land this job.

Organised & Analytical

We’re looking for a self-motivated and quick-thinking Occupancy planner who can solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches. Likewise, we’re on the lookout for well-organised people who plan tasks in advance and constantly stay ahead of deadlines.

Team player
