- Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience, to ensure all interactions leave the customer with a positive, memorable experience
- Liaising with building management/ security/ and the building reception
- Provide onsite support for all Security related issues (ID Cards, access cards)
- Assessing building maintenance issues by conducting weekly walks of the building and recording the findings.
- Overseeing the daily supervision of the Soft Services vendors for cleaning, internal window cleaning, internal planting, fire extinguishers and document destruction services, and oversee
- Maintenance Provider
- Raise quotes for Client approval and raise PO’s to JLL and SAP vendors for Above Baseline services
- Upkeep and review of onsite Manuals, Handbooks, Guidance notes related to the JLL Soft Services Working with the Regional Facilities Manager and Moves and Changes team to address internal space requirements and to organise/assist with team moves and Moves and Changes team.
- Monitoring stock levels of Stationary and Consumables used by Employees and placing orders with suppliers.
- Assisting in setting up in house and external events as and when required.
- Work with Client internal systems and external databases to collect and deliver accurate information to management
- Coordinates and participates in the planning and management of small facilities repair and maintenance projects; assists with large projects as requested or required
- Solve different issues raised through the ticketing system via FACILITY direct
- Manage day to day mail room operation, deliveries, enquiries, etc.
- Be aware of basic procedures, courier suppliers and all external key contacts.
- Manage mail related supplies stock and place order when needed.
- Other tasks and duties as required.
