The Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) will oversee day to day FM activity at our global Health Tech client’s sites supporting the EMEA Account Director and leading a team to ensure in scope JLL IFM contract delivery is achieved. With >400.000 m2 of sites (including Production, R&D, Office), the RFM will be the key point of contact for key stakeholders and is responsible for assisting in all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction, contract delivery, management of all hard and soft services, financial management and leading the JLL team where applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities professional with a strong background in key stakeholder management and experience in both soft and hard services.
Core Competencies:
- Promoting high level of satisfaction among client users by promptly responding to their service requirements.
- Demonstrates leadership, gives direction and mentors the JLL team on site to promote engagement and excellency in customer service and delivery
- Ensures compliance with JLL and client best practice, policies and procedures including statutory compliance, Quality and EHS compliance.
- Acts as go-to person in relation to all regional facilities/project/crisis management activities on site ensuring timely solutions and identification and removal of potential roadblocks
- Develops a close working relationship with Client Key Stakeholders, Landlord, and all of the FM vendors to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and become partners in delivering a high-quality service
- Responsible for reviewing of H&S documentation and working closely with the Health & Safety Manager
- Proactively manages spend and budget locally in line with JLL policies and procedures and work with the Account Finance Manager to prepare the final budget documentation/plans and administer the works to ensure budget compliance.

- Analytical thinking with complex problem-solving abilities
- Team player with excellent management and communication skills
- Experienced in the management of integrated FM services, including engineering services on Manufacturing, R&D and office locations.
- Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experienced in delivering technical services for a technology, pharmaceutical or similar client and must fit well culturally into a demanding and fast based environment
- Experienced in financial management and budgeting while identifying cost savings/avoidance
- Excellent communicator including presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Able to network at all levels within the organization
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements is a perquisite for this role
- Able to display initiative, confidence and professionalism in all dealings
- Prepared to be on call, travel and work out of normal working hours where applicable
- Experienced delivering combined services facilities management contract in a client site
- Driven to meet deadlines, manage time effectively and work in a pressurized fast paced environment.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree qualified (Bachelor/Master), preferably in facilities operations, property or engineering
- Recognized EH&S qualification
- 5+ years experience working in the IFM industry
- Language proficiency: Fluent (written and spoken) in Dutch & English. German preferred.
