About the role:
As the Regional Account Director, you’ll be the main visionary and strategist for our regional plans. You’ll understand the clients’ business needs inside and out. You’ll also be the go-to person for the overall operations—including standard procedures, system reports, relevant technologies, and workplace experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- To provide leadership to all the teams (Facilities, Transaction and Project Management) working for the account
- To provide the leadership support to regional leads of various countries.
- Support Client Regional APAC leadership team and also have connects with the APAC Leads in country as well specific leads.
- To be owner of P&L for the account and track the progress of P&L as per plan on monthly basis for all regions and present it to GAE for their review.
- Conduct reviews with the client on KPI/Critical KPI/Savings initiative and account-based innovation on a regular basis.
- Responsible for coordination with the product work streams for workplace and Engineering for implementation of products available after discussion and confirmation with the client
- Responsible for tracking various HR related activities including having the succession plan for the account. These needs to be done after closing working with HRBP for the account.
- Strong Governance as per contract.
About you:
You have proven experience in facilities account management under your belt. Likewise, you are a pro at handling complex account structures and client sensitivities. You are also an ace on the technical and financial know-how of running a service delivery team.
Does problem solving come naturally to you? In this role, you will need to come up with strategies in applying holistic approaches and long-term solutions for complex problems. You’ll also need excellent organisational skills to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
A demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational & financial deadlines is vital to the success of this role, as is a positive approach to meeting clients’ needs.
Strong interpersonal skills (motivation, teamwork, and discipline), senior stakeholder management, financial acumen & good communication are some of the key ingredients of this role.
