Communications Support Analyst
The Communications Analyst works as part of a team to ensure that all communications activities are aligned with client goals and objectives, account efforts and key messages for the region.
What This Job Involves:
- Prepare content for Americas and Europe Client-facing Monthly Newsletters.
- Support preparation of America and Europe Quarterly Business Review materials (at the direction of business leaders).
- Globally support efforts to have standardization and consistent branding, formatting and “look and feel” for our materials.
- Prepare content for our global account newsletters.
- Manage the Populo system for distribution to JLL team and HP team.
- Support preparation of Global Account Team Town Hall materials.
- Establish rhythm of communications for internal account team meetings.
- Support regional Facilities communications, as needed, for the North America and Latin America team .
- Make recommendations on opportunities to improve communications across our account team and with our client.
- Responsibilities for granting Access to Client Portal and SharePoint sites.

Qualifications:
- Advanced studies or degree in Communication, Graphics Design, Program Management, Business, or related fields.
- 1+ years of work experience.
- Advanced English level
- Program / Project management knowledge.
- Development and delivery of communication programs
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects/programs simultaneously
- Organizational skills
- Engaging presentation skills (verbal and graphic)
- Passionate, personable and influenced. Curious, with a strong drive and energy to constantly improve oneself
