Reporting to - Team Leader/Assistant Manager

Key stakeholders - Client Team

Duties & responsibilities - What this job involves

  • Perform examination and review of financial records, reports, management controls, policies and practices affecting/reflecting the financial condition and operations results.

  • Maintain effective communications with Manager, members of the Client Finance team, and other members of the FRMC team

  • Capability to perform a review and interpret data to formulate a conclusion and communicate effectively.

  • Connect wa ith the entities and able to handle there queries

  • Perform a review and tests of compliance (SOCR, SOX and JLL Processes) of month-end financial close packages to ensure timely and accurate financials

  • Be proactive in keeping Manager informed of all activities.

  • Review the work of other team members in the absence of supervisor handle their queries and provide solution

  • providing training and education to the team to ensure they understand and adhere to quality standards and procedures

  • Checking controls & Procedures related to financials on regular intervals

  • Understand the accounting processes for different types of contract and their impact on financials

Performance Objectives

  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision

  • Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions
