Built Environment Compliance Lead
What this job involves - As part of the Built Environment Project Management Office (PMO), the Compliance Lead will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery while mitigating risk. The Compliance Lead has overall responsibility to ensure that the Project Management routines are documented and routinely reviewed and updated, including those in the Project Management System of Record, AdaptiveWork. The Compliance Lead will also partner with other PMO and PjM team members on communicating and/or training related to changes to processes, requirements, and technology. This person will also be responsible to create and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. In addition, the Compliance Lead will also ensure consistent project delivery across the Client portfolio. The Process and Change Manager will identify and implement best practices to optimize efficient and flawless execution of the work and has responsibility to ensure that lessons learned are identified and effectively communicated.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define, improve, and communicate process procedures, policies, and standards to meet corporate and/or client governance guidelines and best practices
- Regularly update and maintain the Project Management Global Playbook
- Act as an SME for AdaptiveWork field issues and work closely with the Global AdaptiveWork team to resolve, as required
- Work with other service lines to define and prioritize strategies for improving processes and procedures and to develop and implement changes and improvements
- Partner across teams to ensure engagement as appropriate to support roll-out and adoption of processes and procedures.
- Provide a quality control function over process improvement
- Support the design and delivery of training programs related to process and data integrity
- Identify and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Support and engage senior leadership for both JLL and the Client
- Coach managers and supervisors.
- Track and report issues.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Skills/Competencies:
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure desired outcomes.
- Knowledge of all functionality and modules within JLL’s system of record, AdaptiveWork
- Proven ability to communicate professionally in a corporate environment, work in cross-functional collaborative teams and implement organizational change management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manages time effectively, and establishes priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
- Navigate a complex and ambiguous environment where roles / parameters / requirements may not be well defined; display creativity, flexibility, and develop ideas / solutions to excel in this environment.
- Excellent computer and presentation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel and Visio required).
- Excellent active listening skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, industrial engineering, business administration).
- Experience in large scale enterprise operations and delivery of services within Construction, Project Management or Real Estate.
- Demonstrated previous success with definition, implementation and ongoing management of change, process, and best practice implementation.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus
Estimated total compensation for this position:
122,200.00 – 177,200.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
