OVERVIEW – Reliability Data Management Specialist

JLL is seeking a Reliability Data Management Specialist to join our team! This is a remote position with up to 25% domestic travel.

This exciting opportunity is responsible for providing reliability data management support for the entire Reliability & Asset Management platform. In coordination and full collaboration with the Engineering Services Reliability & Asset Management COE, the Reliability Data Management Specialist is responsible for supporting daily data management tasks and initiatives across all accounts. Assists with the daily management and client support services for all Reliability & Asset Management databases. Provides front line technical support for all databases and application-related issues or errors, develops and distributes training materials, and provides coaching and education on database functions and best practices for performing tasks. Assists with QA/QC efforts on data collected to ensure consistency and adherence to Reliability & Asset Management standards. Provides regular feedback to front line staff and management to improve the quality of data collected and the effectiveness of supported mobile applications.

Position Responsibility of ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Recognizes that assignments are broad in nature and require appreciable originality and ingenuity to complete them and considerable latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions.

Reliability Data Management Specialist

  • Works under general direction of Engineering Services Reliability & Asset Management platform to assist with the creation and deployment of visual reporting mechanisms to communicate progress on strategic reliability initiatives by all Reliability Engineers on accounts. Identifies and assists with the creation of standardized metrics for leadership to gauge the health of reliability efforts.
  • Provides system training and develops training documentation for end users of the various Reliability & Asset Management systems. Troubleshoots issues reported by end users and assists to resolve any difficulties encountered. Creates guides, SOPs, and manuals, as required.
  • Assists Reliability & Asset Management platform engineers with daily workflow enhancements and changes. Reviews metrics for process consistency and develops solutions and provides recommendations to leadership for process improvements.
  • Supports JLL operational compliance program and follows company safety and health guidelines and other company policies.

Asset Data Collection

  • Assists with the overall process to gather asset data and perform asset validation. Brainstorms and implements improvements to the process, including the establishment and refinement of engineering controls to enhance data quality.
  • Performs regular quality checks on system data and provides real-time feedback to front line employees to improve the quality and consistency of the data collected.
  • Works with leadership to streamline the entire process, from data collection to upload into the clients’ Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Performs other work as assigned.

Experience:

  • BS in a technical discipline required, Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
  • 4 to 6 years’ experience with data management and database support required.
  • CMMS or ERP data management experience preferred.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance, asset management, or reliability centered maintenance preferred.
  • Experience with SQL and JavaScript preferred.
  • Proven ability to read, comprehend and apply information from technical manuals and other reference materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.

Certifications & Licenses:

  • Certified Reliability Leader is preferred.
  • Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional is preferred.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

75,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
