Key Qualifications Include:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, with a proven track record of leading programs across various organizations. They should have an extensive foundation in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Role Requirements

  • The program manager will have the ability to manage multiple critical programs simultaneously.

  • Coordinate programs along a critical path and perform oversight of program proposals and implementations. Provide status reports to all stakeholders.

  • Programs will collaborate with finance, business intelligence, technical services, communications, compliance, and vendor management.

  • Provides appropriate level of details and summarizes complex issues succinctly.

  • Manages internal and external relationships in support of the program. Creates, maintains & distributes routine reports, including status reports.

  • Provide support with contract governance and any contract related changes such as change orders and contract addendums.

  • Conduct annual stakeholder trainings to ensure alignment and set expectations.

  • Identifying areas of improvement, developing and implementing solutions to address these opportunities.

Experience

  • At Least 5 years of experience with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Prior supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to facilitate involvement in multiple programs; process-driven, with an orientation toward continuous process improvement.

  • Excellent professional presence with excellent business and written/oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work directly with key stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements.

  • Detail driven and oriented with ability to drive results.

  • Advanced Computer skills in Google Suite, Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, and other applications.

  • Experience with Corrigo

  • IFM experience preferred

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

70,900.00 – 102,800.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
