Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Planner to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. As a Forensic Planner, you will be responsible for assisting the Claims/Delay Team in the technical and forensic analysis of programmes produced by others. Your main focus will be to support the technical assessment of Extension of Time (EOT) claims. This role requires someone with a strong background in Forensic Planning gained through Claims Consulting work, as well as relevant site experience from Construction/Infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team of Delay Analysts and Forensic Planners, collaborating with Package Management and Planners of distinct tranches of the programmes.
- Prepare detailed technical reports to assist in the assessing, auditing, and initial production of claims for Extension(s) of Time.
- Evaluate, audit, and measure the time impacts of Engineer's Instructions/Variation Orders.
- Assess, audit, and contribute to the production of Employer's Claims.
- Provide expert advice and analysis on project schedules, delays, and impacts.
- Act as a technical specialist and provide support throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather relevant information and evidence to support claims and assessments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advances in Forensic Planning methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Evidence will be required.
- Extensive experience as a Forensic Planner, preferably at a Senior/Manager level.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Construction/Infrastructure projects and processes.
- Proven experience in claims consulting and the ability to produce high-quality technical reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess project delays and impacts.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard planning software and tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex concepts and findings.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and report preparation.
