Telesales Consultant

We are looking for a Telesales consultant to join our residential business line based out of our Stratford office.

Responsibilities:

  • Your main duty will be outbound telesales, cold calls to go through JLL database, with software assistance for enhanced work efficiency

  • You will be given a database to nurture to achieve set target and result

  • There will be daily KPIs and monthly/yearly fee targets to measure your performance, Ensuring daily KPI’s, deadlines and fee targets are met

  • Taking initiative in system implementation and workflow improvement

  • Following procedures to ensure service standards are consistent

  • CRM Dashboard management

  • Work with international sales team for feedback and work improvement

  • Visiting development at least twice a year.

  • Providing an advisory, forward-thinking and bespoke service to our clients to ensure retention and conversion rates remain high

  • Good recording, notes taking, and admin skill to keep the database organized

  • Analytical skill for lead source efficiency

  • Seeking opportunities to increase revenue for the department and spotting any cross-selling opportunities that will benefit the company as a whole.

  • Taking initiative in daily work and being proactive in keeping on top of individual workload

  • Call through database of previous JLL applicants and buyers in order to generate interests and viewings for the UK and international sales team

  • Qualify the key information points from the call

  • Loading the call and information onto CRM software system, and

  • Triage the lead on to the relevant department

  • Call through database to assist with data cleansing on an ad hoc basis.

Skills

  • Capability in Portuguese / Japanese / Mandarin / Cantonese any candidate speaking these languages are welcome.

  • Telesales or Sales experience in related industry for 1 year

  • Have proven experience in building customer relationship and objection handling.

  • Have proven achievement

  • Confident liaising with clients via phone, email and letter

  • Pro-active approach

  • Have an understanding of UK Property

  • Self-discipline, self-driven, goal oriented

  • Ability to manage difficult conversation with a calm and proactive attitude

  • Have an appetite to learn and develop their career

  • Ability to work under pressure with a degree of flexibility and to take control of own workload

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – good communication between clients, departments and with colleagues is essential

  • Excellent organisational and IT skills
