Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Global Operations Manager. Candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's performance through effective KPI governance, reporting, process improvement, and client stakeholder relationship management. You will be responsible for driving excellence in global reporting, ensuring data integrity and quality, managing change and communication initiatives, overseeing learning and development programs, and tracking and monitoring core performance improvement plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for global org chart administration and gearing models to optimize our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

KPI Governance and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain a robust KPI governance framework.
  • Create, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead efforts to continuously improve performance metrics and reporting processes.

Global Reporting:

  • Prepare and present Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Half-Yearly Business Reviews (HBRs) to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to consolidate and standardize global reporting practices.

Data Integrity and Data Quality:

  • Establish and enforce data quality standards and procedures.
  • Work closely with DART & D&C teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Change and Communication Management:

  • Develop change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of performance improvement initiatives.
  • Lead communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Performance Improvement Plans:

  • Oversee and track the execution of GREF Satisfaction KPI performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in key operational areas.

Global Org Chart Administration:

  • Manage and maintain the global organizational chart.
  • Ensure accurate representation of roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures.

Gearing Models:

  • Develop and optimize gearing models to achieve operational efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and adjust models as needed to support business objectives.

Collaboration and Client Partnership:

  • Dedicate time and effort to collaborate effectively with the Design & Construction team in AMER.
  • Build strong relationships and partner with clients in AMER to ensure alignment with operational goals and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Project Management Office/PMO or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in implementing process improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Estimated total compensation range for this position is:

112,600.00 – 163,300.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
