O Departamento Residencial da JLL existe desde 2015, tendo sido reforçado em Janeiro de 2016 com a aquisição da Cobertura, uma empresa de mediação imobiliária portuguesa especializada nos segmentos médio-alto/alto e líder de mercado nesses segmentos, na região da Grande Lisboa.

Descrição da Função

• Inserção de novas angariações no CRM;

• Validação de documentação oficial;

• Assistência direta aos consultores;

• Back Office administrativo;

• Gestão geral de escritório.

Perfil do Candidato

• Valorizamos formação em secretariado, marketing e publicidade;

• Experiência na função e no sector;

• Forte capacidade de organização;

• Perfil pró-ativo, resiliente e responsável;

• Resistência ao stress;

• Fluência em inglês;

• Experiência na utilização de ferramentas informáticas Windows;

• Disponibilidade para deslocações entre as lojas Quinta do Lago e Vilamoura.
