Job Goal:

• プロジェクトデザインチームの主担当としてコンセプトメイキングから設計監理までの業務遂行、PMと連携してプロジェクトを完了させる。
• 実行チームをリードし、JDSデザインの品質とクライアントへ提供する価値の継続を推進する。

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• デザインプロジェクトの完遂

  • プロジェクトのデザインコンセプト、スペースプランニング、レイアウト、詳細な図面の構築を主導

  • クライアントや利害関係者と密接に連携し、プロジェクトのゴールと目的を確立し、これらをデザインソリューションに落とし込む

  • デザインディレクターと共同し、生み出すデザインコンセプトがクラインアントにとってイノベーティブで、最適なものとなるように常に行動する

• デザインチームのマネジメント

  • デザイン主体の会議体管理

  • チーム内のデザイナーの管理（業務時間と進捗）

  • 自身のPJへの投下時間の管理

  • 外注デザイナーの管理

  • 必要に応じた社内の海外デザインチーム（APAC, Reginal Creative Studio）との連動

  • PMのプロジェクト予算管理の支援

  • PMのスケジュール管理の支援

教育

• 新製品、材料、デザイントレンドに関するリサーチをチーム内で推進する

• Reginal Creative Studioと連携し、グローバルに展開しているクリエイティブソフトウェアのスキルの向上をチーム内で促進する

• 自らが会得した業務に関するデザインプロジェクトのマネジメントスキルを同僚および部下と共有する。

ビジネスデベロップメント

• 業務提供を通じ、同一顧客から派生的業務を獲得

• One JLLの一端を担うPR活動の実施、並びに社内外での積極的な部門の認知向上の活動をチーム一体となって行う

Key Competencies

• チームをまとめるコミュニケーション能力に優れている。

• 強力なデザインのスキルを有する。

• インテリアの空間構築能力に優れている。

• クライアントの立場で物事が考えられる

• クライアントのビジネスを理解し、デザインコンセプトとの整合性をチーム内で図りつつ設計提案としてまとめ上げることができる。

• オフィス内装もしくはホテル客室、店舗における基本的な設計与件、法規条件を理解することができる。

• プロジェクト完結への強い責任感

• 小中規模のプロジェクトを上司の指導下で業務遂行できる

Required 必須要件

• 建築もしくはインテリアの設計監理に関する業務経験５年以上

• ３名以上のチームのリーダー担当経験３年以上

• オフィス、店舗、ホテル内装における基本計画、基本設計、実施設計、入札対応、工事監理のいずれかもしくは複数の経験

• 施主担当経験、プレゼンテーション経験

• CAD、MS Officeを業務に支障なく扱える。

• 英語でのサービス提供（TOIEC700点以上）

Preferred あれば尚可

• Adobe Creative Suite、SketchUpが使える

• Revitの業務での使用経験

• 一級建築士、インテリアプランナー

• LEED AP資格
