What this opportunity involves:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Australia & New Zealand, you will play a pivotal role in providing executive level administrative and strategic support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the CEO's priorities, managing daily administrative tasks, developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with governance and best practices.

An overview of the role:

Strategic Support:

  • Understand JLL's strategic priorities and ensure focus on key deliverables for the CEO.
  • Develop trusted relationships with the CEO, CFO, Head of HR, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with external contacts, including clients and industry groups.

Administration & Operational Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing diaries, emails, and documents.
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and maximise business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and process best practices.

Expense Management:

  • Undertake routine payment and reconciliation of invoices, expenses, and credit card statements.
  • Assist in reviewing and approving expenses.

Event Management:

  • Coordinate client functions and corporate events, including logistics and venue sourcing.

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CEOs and Senior Executives.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering professional executive assistant responsibilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience supporting CFO and HR leaders across multiple industries is preferred.
  • Event management experience is preferred.
