What this job involves

We are now taking Expressions of Interest for a Mid-Markets Hospitality Broker in Perth as part of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group regional growth initiative.

Are you a commercial real estate broker looking to make your mark in the dynamic hospitality brokerage market?

As the market continues to build transaction momentum, demand from national hospitality groups wanting to expand their business in Western Australia is increasing at a fast pace.

As such, we are looking to expand our market leading Mid-Market hospitality brokerage team with an ambitious and self-driven broker to join our high performing team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who:

  • Is a high agency individual who is mission driven, proactive and a self-starter
  • Has 2 to 3 years’ experience in the property industry, and is proficient in managing the end-to-end transaction process; OR
  • Has hands on hospitality industry experience via hotel operations or strong industry representative work experience e.g. Diageo, TAB (TAB touch), Accor, Coke, Lion Nathan, Carlton & United Breweries
  • Has a strong industry network to leverage in order to hit the ground running
  • Is a trusted advisor for their clients with a strong ability to build and foster new relationships
  • Has a proven track record in retaining existing client base and is comfortable extending their reach into uncharted territories; and
  • Takes a collaborative, team approach and is willing to go the extra mile to celebrate our wins together.
