In this role, the Regional Project Coordinator will support project management delivery over assigned JLL client projects, provide superior client service, contribute to the growth of the business, and support the improvements of client experience on the Account

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Essential Functions
    • Create Purchase Orders and all procurement related items for Regional Programs
    • Create and update PO trackers, be an SME in all procurement related activities
    • Manage Invoicing & Accruals
    • Help with on-boarding process of new client vendors
    • Develop relationships with consultants/contractors/vendors and help the project management team evaluate their performance
  • Initiate projects in the project management system (AdaptiveWork)
  • Monitor and follow up with Project Managers on AdaptiveWork data integrity
    • Manage AdaptiveWork for large regional programs
    • Ensure that the JLL and client databases are updated regularly with relevant information, documentation, and other items
  • Close projects financially and report to the client
  • Onboard of new Project Managers, both variable and dedicated
  • Prepare Ad-Hoc reporting as needed
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects
  • Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice
  • Support the account regional teams as needed
  • Look for efficiencies to the closeout reporting & checklist
  • Lead EMEA EOL closeout process
  • Work with PMs, IT, leadership on AdaptiveWork document management

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

Experience in Engineering, construction management or real estate preferred

Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to Budgeting and Scheduling

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with external and internal clients
  • Ability to successfully communicate with client’s representatives and team members
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Project software
  • 1+ years of practical experience
  • Tech-minded and Achiever
