Location : Cikarang, Indonesia.
Job Family Summary
Develops, implements and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities. Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products. Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations. Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Level Summary
A fully competent quality professional and advisor involved in leadership across multiple locations and quality teams on critical quality related issues and/or initiatives with broad scope. Uses broad, specialized knowledge and skills to contribute to company and quality related objectives, goals and complex issues. Leads situations that require specialist experience in quality management and/or related quality specialty. Collaborates, resolves and anticipates complex quality related issues that impact multiple teams, medium-term goals, operational decisions and tactical activities. Establishes work objectives through initiative and judgment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key contributor in workforce planning for area of responsibility to ensure effective execution of corporate objectives, including strategic hiring, training, coaching and development of employees to maximize performance, promote career growth and build a high-performing team.
Manages to innovative, complex, strategic, operational objectives that enable the successful execution of larger department goals, ensuring outstanding performance of KPIs and action plans.
Manages the annual budget, rolling forecasts and projects to ensure the business unit meets and/or exceeds key measures such as revenue, gross margin, capital expenditures and other financial & operational commitments.
Maintains the group-wide ISO 9001 and other quality related certifications, giving support to the local managers to successfully attain and maintain said certifications.
Leads various quality projects and/or assists in managing customer relationships, in own area of responsibility, by establishing the quality processes, controls based on the company's strategy.
Identifies and implements engineering and quality controls for error proofing and leads the implementation of these systems across the region and/or area of responsibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
7-10+ years of progressive experience in quality management roles is expected, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity in Manufacturing Industries
Relevant Certifications would be an advantage: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certification
Strong Knowledge of Quality Management Principles and Tools: FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 8D
Experience Implementing and Maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS): ISO 9000, ISO 17025
Experience with Process Improvement Methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen
Proficiency in Quality Management Software and Tools: MS Office and Minitab
Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
