General Description:
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The Human Resources Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for consistent data accuracy and leveraging data to provide insights that drive HR strategies and decision-making. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate and manage HR data effectively, to provide actionable insights that contribute to organizational goals and improve overall workforce management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, a deep understanding of HR metrics, and communicating meaningful insights to strategic partners. This role reports to the Human Resources Business Intelligence Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of advanced visualizations and data sets using Excel, Power Bi, and Visier.
- Work collaboratively within the HR function to manage and analyze key HR metrics, ensuring consistent alignment with firm objectives.
- Identify regular consultative partnership opportunities with all HR functions to curate meaningful data analysis associated with their current processes, outputs, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and communicate HR reports and dashboards that visualize key performance indicators.
- Prepare and test theories for data analysis and offer solutions/suggestions on how to visualize data stories.
- Create, interpret, and communicate ad-hoc reports as requested. Monitor the integration of HR data from Workday and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Create and maintain a sustainable and robust data validation program in collaboration with systems team members.
- Special projects and duties as assigned.
Required Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills, ability to present findings in an understandable way.
- Advanced computer skills required; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables,).
Required Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of data analytics experience is required, with a strong preference for experience in analyzing human capital management (HCM) information.
- Experience in analyzing HR metrics, managing HR data and delivering actionable insights to drive HR strategies and decision-making.
- Proficiency in data extraction, validation, formatting, and visualization.
- Ability to manage highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
- Experience in conducting knowledge transfer through clear communication and/or documentation.
- Ability to logically process and analyze large amounts of data.
Preferred Qualifications & Education:
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Excel, PowerBI, and Visier, and be proficient in integrating HR data from systems like Workday.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
