Description:
We are seeking a Legal Department Information Operations Systems Senior Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing flexibility to work from home or the office. At present, this role requires in-office presence once a week, as well as attendance at occasional team meetings, trainings, and firm-sponsored events. This position can be based in any of the Firm’s Florida offices. Working under the direction of the Legal Department Information Operations (LDIO) Manager, this individual will oversee various on-going LDIO department operations, as well as long-term LDIO department initiatives based on sub-department priorities. This position involves advanced data analysis, complex problem solving, gathering information from various sources and the synthesis of results for presentation. Requires coordination among LDIO Managers and with other administrative departments, status gathering, assignment of tasks, and issue escalation within the LDIO Department.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee, monitor, and analyze various on-going Legal Department Information operations, including the identification and collection of records in response to legal holds and document productions.
- Critically analyze and document existing processes and procedures, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Gather, interpret and evaluate information for incorporation into on-going LDIO department operations.
- Work with project managers on multiple projects to ensure project scope, milestones and deadlines are met.
- Implement Firm policies and procedures in support of the Legal Department Information Operations framework.
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of related working experience, law firm familiarity highly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and tasks with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of and experience structuring searches in a document management system using search terms and date ranges.
- Ability to interact with and communicate effectively with technical, managerial, and executive level staff.
- Excellent written, communication, organization, resource management and problem solving skills.
