ROLE SUMMARY
The EPC Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of subcontractors for field activities on Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) projects. The Project Coordinator provides oversight, logistics and safety support for all field activities during the entire project life cycle for various types of energy efficiency projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports Project Management with planning and execution activities required to meet site logistics, scheduling, safety and other project related deliverables.
- Generates comprehensive daily field reports for all field activities during the construction phase.
- Ensure all on-site personnel complies with Dalkia Energy Solutions and OSHA rules and regulations.
- Provides quality assurance for site related activities.
- Functions as the subcontractor’s primary point of contact during the construction phase; Manages subcontract meetings and establishes clear lines of communication throughout construction.
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders to report project progress and address issues.
- Coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and site personnel throughout construction.
- Supports Sales, Development, Engineering and Procurement with site setup and other activities.
- Coordinates with Project Management in the development of schedules and logistical plans for all projects.
- Generates project documentation that complies with all contract and corporate reporting requirements.
- Executes project activities in accordance with the project management plan.
- Provides regular reports to Project Management on site activities and issues.
CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years of energy industry experience.
- OSHA 30hr Certification or EM385 40hr Safety Certification
PROFICIENCIES
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of construction project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with various budgeting tools and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and other safety standards.

- Regional Construction Project Manager

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
- Full time; Salary Exempt
MODALITY
- Remote
- Must have permanent residence in regional area of responsibility and travel to Jobsite as necessary
- Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Mid-West, Southern, Western regions
SALARY BAND
- $90,000 - $115,000
