Expected salary range of $117,900 to $131,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Corporate Security Principal PMO (Program Management Office) Specialist role, reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategy, Risk & Program Oversight, is responsible for executing the framework and governance to deliver the Corporate Security PMO large-scale and cross-collaboration programs, projects, and initiatives. Collaborating with a team of project managers, this role oversees Corporate Security’s strategic initiatives, facilitates Program-level reporting while driving project performance enhancements and process optimization.


This role collaborates closely with CS Leaders, initiative sponsors, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders at all organizational levels to execute and realize CEG improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage projects, initiation through closeout, as assigned and within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives. Provide leadership for project team members and the Project Management process. Align proposed projects and initiatives to both the Constellation Star Strategy and the Corporate Security Strategic plan. Identify resources needed and facilitate the project review committee process for staffing and budget approvals.

PRIMARY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s) in accordance with the Management Model procedures and standard practices. Ensure proper use of project controls and perform required monthly reporting.

• Direct the Project Team and integrate all resources.
• Ensure Contract Administration on contract(s) as required, including proper closeout of projects as well as post-project critique and lessons learned.
• Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables.
• Provide communication to CS sponsors and site or corporate management for assigned / proposed projects.
• Provide development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials.
• Coach and mentor other project managers and cross-functional support personnel fostering continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the project approval process to include business case and budgetary proposals.
• Maintain PMO templates, reports and metrics.
• Integrate AI technology into PMO process to add efficiencies.
• Conduct regular audits of project plans to ensure projects are on track and issues are escalated appropriately.
• Ensure projects remain complaint with all security policies and procedures.
• Facilitate the change management program for Corporate Security.
• Facilitate root cause analyses for significant or impactful events to generate lessons learned.
• Participate in the enterprise cross functional PMO Council.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree (technical or management discipline) with 5+ years' experience in a related position or field. -OR- 10 years of directly applicable industry experience, 5 years of which must be in the field of management of projects
· Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP Certification -OR- 5 years project management experience
· Experience leading and managing multiple projects and initiatives
· Experienced in change management
· Demonstrated leadership skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Project budgeting, cost tracking, and cost estimating experience
· Knowledge of PC/desktop workstation applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
