Expected salary range of $113,400 to $126,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Directly responsible for assigning, coordinating and execution of daily work activities to ensure a productive workforce that supports all Valve Services Planning goals in accordance with the Quality Assurance (QA) Manual, company policies, and local, state and federal regulations. Ensures packages are planned in accordance with plant procedures with the highest quality, ultimately ensuring the plants are maintained in a safe and reliable condition. Provide analysis and assist in developing recommendations to the Valve Services Manager to allow strategic decisions for improvement of the work planning process.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Plans work packages for scheduled and emergent work for both On-line and Outage conditions. Ensure that all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently in accordance with plant procedures and local, state and federal regulations. Interface with Work Management, Supply, and Engineering to identify and resolve work package issues.
  • Input to the Valve Services Manager improvement areas, perform required Corrective Action Planning (CAP) products and provide coaching / counselling when required.
  • Review work packages for quality and readiness as required. Verify work instructions are adequate and comply with all applicable station procedures including Nuclear station procedure (NSP's), Nuclear station work procedure (NSWP's), Advanced small modular reactor (ASMR) Code, etc. Review and approve all required work packages, including 10.CFR50.59 screening or evaluation (if required).
  • Prepare / Revise work instructions as required that provide direction to the Maintenance Department for maintenance repairs, performance of preventive maintenance and surveillances, and the implementation of modifications. (As applicable based on site)
  • An in-office presence will be required at minimum, 1-3 days per week for meetings and collaboration with remote work options available.
  • Travel will be required to Constellation Clean Energy Centers as needed.
  • All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage, Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR
  • Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of experience OR
  • Associate's degree with 7 years of experience OR
  • High school diploma/GED with 9 years of experience
  • Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties�

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 years' experience in the craft he/she supervises and plans
  • 3 years' experience in a planning function to support the E-0 duty requirement
  • Previous Corrective Action I Root Cause Analysis Training
  • Electrical experience within the realm of Motor Operated Valve planning
  • Valve / outage planning experience
