Origination Analyst expected salary range of $92,700 to $103,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Senior Origination Analyst expected salary range of $104,400 to $116,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

ORIGINATION ANALYST - PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Origination Analyst role is at the forefront of innovative sustainability solutions for our customers and will be responsible for transaction support covering all aspects of low-carbon fuel product origination, pricing, and structuring, negotiation of purchase agreements and other off-take agreements for renewable energy projects. The role is also responsible for preparing term sheets, supporting interactions across the deal team which includes groups such as Structuring, Trading, Credit, Risk and Legal, and preparing materials and presentations for final deal approvals. The successful candidates will have a solid track record of success working on teams, driving results, displaying analytic rigor, have the ability for overnight travel, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

SENIOR ORIGINATION ANALYST - PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Constellation is seeking a candidate for a Sr. Analyst on the Origination Team. This role will be responsible for providing analytic support to Origination Team in the areas of transition development and execution. Key activities would include valuation analysis of potential transactions, assist deal teams with production of necessary material for deal approval process, provide ad-hoc analysis; reports and presentations as required by management; produce briefing and pitch books for use in client meetings; and assist with the development of annual business plan/playbook.

ORIGINATION ANALYST - PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support low-carbon fuel product origination team in process of structuring and negotiating large low-carbon fuels transactions. Help develop transactional opportunities in accordance with the company's strategies and provide analytic function toward successful transaction execution and revenue generation.
• Support project marketing and proposal development including comparative economic analyses and sensitivities.
• Integrate input from a variety of internal functional areas into a cohesive and succinct product for internal approval processes and proposal responses.
• Support team in internal transaction approval presentations.

SENIOR ORIGINATION ANALYST - PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work as part of deal teams to analyze transactions utilizing in house tools valuation tools (SecDB and PDS), participate in cross functional deal team meetings and present results of transaction valuation, prepare materials for transaction approval; including development of PowerPoint presentations for management review and approval; and leading the deal review process.

ORIGINATION ANALYST - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, science, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in a business environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of relevant financial and pricing analysis.
• Interest in working on a transaction-focused team with a strong drive toward tangible results.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member and demonstrated ability to perform under time and pressure conditions.
• Ability to synthesize and organize large amounts of data.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products, CRM software and analytic tools.
• Ability for overnight travel.

SENIOR ORIGINATION ANALYST - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, science, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in a business environment.
• Strong organizational and team skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; including verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products, with a specific emphasis on PowerPoint, and the ability to learn proprietary computer based tools.
• Challenged within a results-oriented team environment.
• Experience with Constellation in-house tools (VPT, SecDB, PDS, etc)

ORIGINATION ANALYST - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Focus on renewable energy.
• Demonstrates knowledge of significant aspects of the wholesale low-carbon fuel product business.
• Familiarity with offtake structure and key revenue contract concepts.
• Knowledge of North American regional low-carbon fuel product markets.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM application
