Job Description:

The Manager, Client Delivery Services is responsible for managing the client delivery services function and delivery of administrative services to leaders, client services teams, and stakeholders at multiple locations. Works closely with the Senior Manager, Client Delivery Services to manage administrative processes, optimize service delivery and administrative functions, collaborates with stakeholders, and provide guidance and subject matter expertise. The Manager, Client Delivery Services is a managerial position supporting the Assistants and Sr. Assistants in Client Delivery Services and could include managing the Coordinators in Client Delivery Services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of Assurance PPG services to support leadership and client delivery functions and teams. (25%)
  • Provide coaching, guidance, supervision, and subject matter expertise. (25%)
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance and service delivery quality indicators and manage stakeholder relationships. (20%)
  • Manage staffing, hiring, and onboarding needs (15%)
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and offer recommended solutions in collaboration with team members, peers, and stakeholders. (15%)

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to lead and mentor others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Experience creating and formatting financial statement and analysis deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, provide guidance, delivery, receive, and apply feedback, communicate individual and team support needs, and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Experience measuring and interpreting key performance indicators and developing performance enhancement plans
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to consistently deliver services in a client-focused manner
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, work autonomously, and effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel, as needed
